Dental Care on Causeway

I cannot begin to describe how thankful I am for the care Dr Melanie Goforth-Moore gave to my son. He has an extreme fear of needles and needed three fillings on one side of his mouth. She was amazing through every step. She took her time to learn his body language, ask questions, explain throughly in a way that a nervous teen needed, and successfully helped him overcome his fear! We didn’t feel like “just a patient” but felt they took time to give him the best lifelong outcome. 10/10! The techs were wonderful too! The office is such an aesthetically desirable place to walk into. It is absolutely gorgeous and super clean. The girls at the counter are so kind and welcoming. Love the coffee bar! Thankful to be a patient here.

This was my first time visiting this office and it was a great experience. When you walk in it is nicely decorated and they have free drinks for patients if you want it. Toni was my hygienist and she was friendly and engaging but not too engaging (since she was cleaning my teeth :) ). I have some sensitivity and she was considerate of that which I appreciated. The dentist, Dr. Goforth-Moore was kind and professional but also personable and kept it real which I like. Overall it was a great experience!

I am delighted to share my experience. First of all, the place is beautifully decorated. Right as you enter, there is a welcoming coffee bar and a beverage cooler stocked with water. Very warm and inviting atmosphere. The place was beautifully decorated for the Valentine’s Day. I had to ask who decorated and was informed it was the manager who does all the holiday decorations. Kudos to the manager. I am from out of state and walked in without an appointment. Was told they will determine whether I can be treated the same day. In less than 30 minutes I was informed that they would see and treat me. From the moment I walked in and met with the young lady at the front desk, then the dental assistant, Makayla, who was attentive and listened and treated me so kindly. Then Dr. Linda Thom

They took such care in explaining everything about my teeth. Completely comfortable with their assessment. Knowledgeable and friendly. The entire office staff was caring and friendly. The dentist was extremely knowledgeable. I felt like I had a personal connection with the people there. I felt like they had my best interest at heart.

My wife & I both had appointments for our 6 month cleaning & check ups. We were seen in a timely manner & everyone we came in contact was very courteous & friendly. I witnessed Toni, a dental hygienist, going above & beyond helping an elderly patient to the waiting room & even making her a cup of coffee.They have state of the art equipment, some of which I haven't seen in any other dental office.
