They were fast and efficient. Both the nurse and doctor were professional and kind. We brought our 1 yr old son in and Carly (not sure the exact spelling) was one of the kindest souls we’ve ever met in the medical field. Doctor Todd immediately explained the issue and solution once our son was seen. After an emotional night before, it was exactly what we needed. Thank you for such wonderful customer service and care!

When I started feeling ill late one evening, I made an online appointment to visit the clinic early the next morning. Upon arrival, the staff called me in within minutes of my appointment time. I saw the PA who provided a diagnosis, prescription, and guidance for home care, as well as a recommendation to return if I was not better in 3 days. The staff is friendly and efficient and provided the care I unexpectedly needed. With their help, I maintained the travel schedule I had. I recommend this facility if you need non-emergency medical attention and cannot get into your physician.

So lucky to have access to great medical so close. Attentive, knowledgeable and every one there is so kind. Have used the Ocean Isle Beach location for my handicapped husband and myself on many occasions. Recommend them highly.

I was very pleased with my visit. The doctor was thorough, personable and comprehensive. As a fellow doctor I would highly recommend this office and Dr Wiseman who treated me. I note I may not have the perfect spelling of his name but definitely wanted to leave him a good review.

Just left the urgent care and I'm impressed! Walked in, no wait, and got seen right away. Took care of me in 25 minutes flat, ran all the necessary tests (no flu or Covid, yay!), and the doc gave me solid advice for tackling this nasty cold. Staff was super friendly, and the place was spotless. Highly recommend!
