Dental Care of Veterans Parkway

Let me first say how very pleased I am with this practice and the service I received. Dr. Scott was so empathetic and sensitive to my needs, as I was very nervous. His assistants were super helpful and attentive as they worked together to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you guys! 🫶🏾

My hygienist was great but when I went to check out I was told I had a balance on my account because my insurance denied a previous claim. I was never contacted after my last appointment about any problem with insurance. This was especially disturbing because they assured me that my insurance covered what they suggested I have done. I would have asked about other options if I had known insurance would not cover it. I feel like their insurance person made a big mistake and I paid for it.

I was very pleased with my decision to visit the office. They were professional but they are also very personable.they didn’t try to rush me. I appreciate that. The Dental Hygienist was very nice and helpful. The dentist was very good and I would recommend them to anyone.

Used to like this place until they started acting weird. More recent visits consisted of them practicing all their sales pitches. Every little thing was a sale. I just came here to get my teeth cleaned. Why are you trying to sell me on all this extra stuff like I'm at a used car lot? The final straw came when it was time for my six month cleaning and they demanded I get x-rays. The only problem was that I had gotten x-rays six months prior at the last cleaning. They said the dentist wanted more x-rays. When I asked what for, nobody could tell me why. I refused and never returned. Stop trying to sell people everything. Just do your job.

Super nice and new facility. Very welcoming and kind. Dr Jone is absolutely amazing and does dentistry the way it should be done. She was very through and explained everything perfectly. Her hygienist is the best. She was kind and helpful and just a pleasure.
