Dental Care of Mid Florida

Everything was great until I got my third bridge-they had to order it three times because it was made incorrectly at the lab. The final bridge was set in my mouth and they did not show me with a mirror what it looked like. When I got home and saw it, I was appalled. It looks very fake, like a big lump. When I contacted the office again to complain, they said: “if your bite is fine and it doesn’t bother you, then there is nothing we can do.” They will not even take a second look. I gave this office a lot of money and I feel that I was not treated professionally.

They wouldn't even help my son with his exposed nurve . They are only out for the money. They do not honor there oath to help all who are in serious pain or condition when there the only option around and now my son has lost all hope and they left him in dispair.

I had a wonderful experience today at Dental Care of Mid Florida. It was also my sons first dental cleaning too. We saw Jamie and she was absolutely wonderful. My son had ths best time and can't wait to go back. Jamie was very thorough and took the time to educate which I hadn't had anyone do before. I would highly recommend Jamie and Dental Care of Mid Florida.

The 2 stars have nothing to do with Dr. Forsee or his hygienist, it has to do with whomever answered their phone Wednesday in the Sebring office. First let me say that Dr. Forsee is one of the kindest and gentlest dentists I have been to and I have been to several in my 53 years. But when I called to set up a cleaning/checkup the girl that answered the phone was great and ready to get me right in until she pulled my name up in the computer and saw I hadn't been there since 2014. Then she changed her tone like I was trash and said "well, you haven't been here since 2014 so the next available appointment for you to see Dr. Forsee won't be until 4 to 6 weeks out". I was quite shocked and from that point I said I will call you back. So, because of that experience I probably won't be back. B

Everyone of the associates were friendly and helpful. Dr. Foresee done an amazing job transforming my front teeth. The procedure was not stressful nor painful. They sure know what they're doing and care to do it right. Thanks team. Martha Hall
