Christie, my hygienist was very thorough and I appreciated the atmosphere of calm and fun that she set for my experience. I was nervous since it has been a while since I had my last check up. Dr Chawla was very friendly and explained the treatment that I needed in a way I could understand and make a decision about my treatment plan. Kyle at the front desk helped me get my appointment made and recommended financing options that made it easier for me to get my Invisalign and other treatment that I need. All the staff that work at this office are caring and helpful, I’m sure, because the appointment moved along smoothly and in the time they told me it would last. I’m so excited to call Dental Care of Columbia my new dental home.

Many of these reviewers have clearly never been to a bad dentist before. After a bad experience at my previous dentist where I was not numbed correctly and felt a filling being done, I avoided the dentist for two years. I stopped by Dental Care of Columbia by chance and got a same day appointment for them to look at my teeth and to get me in as a new patient. The service was very professional. The dental hygienist was very professional and efficient in doing her job. She was gentle and sensitive to my level of anxiety. She explained well what she was doing. I highly recommend her to others.

Very little waiting. The person explained everything they were doing as they did it and checked on me to make sure I was ok. They explained future procedures I need to do but did not push me. I would highly recommend this practice

Was a new dental practice I was trying to. I called to make sure they took my insurance, which I was told they did. I made an appointment. When I got there no one was at the front desk. 4 of us sat there for 20 minutes or so and a man finally got up and knocked on the glass door. Then when it was my turn to be called back I was told they didn’t take my insurance. So after waiting another 1/2 hour it was confirmed that you did accept it. After X-rays I had a front tooth filled. It didn’t hurt or bother me me but it was filled. I was charged for that. After weeks turned into months I had pain with my tooth and it felt like my entire mouth had a cavity. It was the nerves.
