Dental Care of Braselton

Came here a few days ago and had an amazing experience. All of the staff were so nice and the woman who took my dental x-rays (I forgot her name 😭) was absolutely amazing and helped calm my nerves. If you have anxiety about going to the dentist I absolutely recommend this place, they walk you through everything and let you know what is going on during procedures. Very transparent with pricing too, they let me know what is and is not covered by my insurance plan and helped give alternative treatment options for me.

BEWARE!!!!!! I was very happy with the services Mr. Powers provided and even brought my son in for a cleaning!! However cant say the same for the office manager. Ultimately was left with an exposed tooth and missing crown after Mr. Powers worked on my tooth and I was waiting on my permanent tooth to come in. Office manager and "supposedly" Mr. Powers decided not to finish my tooth and give me my permanent crown I had already paid for!!! Right in the middle of my treatment left me high and dry!!! Very disappointed in how I was left. Office Manager gave me my money back had to wait a few weeks. I had no crown for months.. I found an Amazing dentist who had no issue putting on a permeant crown for me. I happy I found her after this low blow!!!

After X-Rays and intro process I sat in the chair for 58 mins to only be negated my company funded cleaning. To be told a cleaning is a "waste of time" is not only extremely unprofessional but offensive. They had no hesitation complimenting my "gorgeous" teeth until I declined to be upsold. Then I found myself waiting for very long periods of time. I suppose that is how they treat their customers or people "not ready to spend today" so my family and I will drive a little further for out dental services.

I had such a wonderful experience at Dental Care of Braselton that I felt compelled to share. From the moment I first spoke with Jamie, I knew I was in good hands. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and thorough—she even went over pricing with me before my appointment, which immediately gave me confidence. Jamie was truly a fantastic first impression of the practice. When I arrived, the entire staff continued that same level of warmth and professionalism. Iolani, who did my X-rays, was so gentle and calming. She noticed right away that my mouth is small and sensitive, and she didn’t hesitate to switch to smaller X-ray pieces so I’d be more comfortable. That kind of attention and care meant so much.
