I have been going to this dentist for years and have always been completely satisfied by the personal and the service. I know that whatever the problem I will be happy with the outcome. They are so very professional, kind and caring. What a great place! Many of them have worked there for years so over time you get to know them and they you. The doctor seems knowledgeable; however they are very disorganized and provided very little confidence in their ability to do simple tasks like properly scheduling me or even knowing where I am while I am within their offices. The first time I checked in and then they took me to another office. The doctor seemed great and offered some valuable insight. When I got out I had voicemails saying I left without making a payment. It wasn't that big of a deal. So I made another appointment. This time, they scheduled me at 430pm and the place closes at 5pm... So I came in, sat, waited, and the doctor couldn't see me. My dad broke his tooth 2 hours before we were to go on an international trip! He is from out of town. They did everything they could to accommodate him and it was fixed within mins and we were on our way. Everyone was so kind and helpful to us and i cannot say enough good things about Dental Care of Alexandria's team! My whole family has gone for years and this is just one of the many great experiences we have had with them.

During the recent snowstorm this past weekend, I found myself in need of dental care as soon as possible. I called the Dental Care of Alexandria office early Monday morning to set an appointment. The representative inquired about my pain level, expressed concern about my dental issue, and made an appointment for the following day. (Since almost all of the roads in Alexandria were impassable, making travel unsafe, the office was closed Monday.) When I arrived Tuesday the office staff was receptive, the dental assistant was well-prepared, and Dr. Naimee was reassuring while identifying the cause of the issue and taking immediate steps to resolve my concern. Went here for a cleaning and a consultation about getting a cap removed. They needed x-rays, including one that apparently wasn't standard. I specifically asked the hygienist if insurance would cover it and was told yes. When I came back to get the work done, suddenly I owed money for the x-ray... The dentist who performed the consultation also thought it was funny to crack jokes about how long my cap had been on. Yeah, I know. Some of us have dental anxiety and that kind of thing makes it worse, not better. I moved onto a different practice. Then, six months later, I get a call saying I missed my appointment. I never scheduled one. I never got a text or email reminder either, which the office claims they always send. Convenient. You'd also think they'd have removed me from their system
