Dental Care Beyond Smiles

This is the nicest dental practice that I’ve ever seen. The check-in and waiting area looks like it could be in a magazine. It seems as though they’re equipped with the newest technology. At check-in during your first appointment, they ask you to fill out a comfort card to indicate what they can do to ensure that you’re comfortable during your appointment. I had the pleasure of working with Kenzie who offered me a blanket and a damp cloth w/aromatherapy. My seat had heat and massage capabilities. These were all things mentioned on my comfort card. Kenzie was a great listener. She was kind, professional and very detail oriented when collecting images/x-rays and doing my cleaning. Dr. Falcao was the most pleasant dentist. I have not gone and seen a dentist in 12 years due to my own fear and uncomfortability of doctor offices and dental places. But after coming into this office and having work done and my teeth cleaned, I’ll never have that thinking again. Front desk was extremely nice, quick and efficient. Kaitlyn, Jess, and Dr. Deon did an awesome job. They made me feel comfortable with my cleanings and work being done. Great staff and environment. 🙏

My hygienist, Tiffany, was exceptional; she explained each step of the cleaning process, took her time, and ensured I felt comfortable throughout. After reviewing my X-rays and scans, he took the time to explain my long-term treatment options clearly. I appreciated his honest and empathetic approach. I have just left after my first appointment and I am perplexed about the attention to details and the quality of the care that I received. From scheduling to the imaging diagnostics coming to the assessment in proposed treatment plan experience was superb. It didn’t even feel like I was at a dental office. Rather come in it felt like I was at a Four Seasons hotel! Just entering the office was a soothing and calming experience. Thanks for thinking about every detail to make the patient feel comfortable and not anxious. The chairs for the actual Dental hygiene we like those massage lounge, chairs! Amazing experience, and I will be spreading the word out! Looking forward to my next cleaning!

Dr. Falcão is a wonderful dentist! He is professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and always makes sure I feel comfortable during the entire visit. It’s such a blessing to have a Brazilian dentist we can truly trust.
