Dental Care at Royal Creek

Very good experience here so far. I had to find a new dentist that accepted my insurance, so, I’m glad they do! Everyone was so nice and accommodating. The facility is nice too. I’m happy to be coming here now. Amanda & Jamilet were great!

Loved this dental office - I just moved to Raleigh and am conveniently located beside of them! Every single person I encountered was extremely kind, thorough with their communication and made sure I had a full understanding of what I could expect at my visit; what they were doing in the moment, my plan of care, and insurance coverage + any responsibility I might have left over. I am thrilled to continue being seen for routine care at this office!

Jaycee, DA, displayed great customer service and hospitality. She made me feel so comfortable in the chair that I lost the shades that she give me to protect my eyes while they work on my mouth. Guess where we found them after my fill-in was completed? "On top on my head!" LOL Not to overlook the dentist that worked on my lost filling, thank you for displaying compassion and patience with my fear of pain.
