Dental Care at Lakewood Walk

This place was a godsend for me, I’ve been dealing with my oral pain for a while now and it’s to the point it became unbearable. I called them today and Toni, bless her heart for deciphering everything I was saying to her on the phone, she got me in same day. The whole staff was friendly, nonjudgmental, compassionate, and they worked within my budget, and I will be sticking with them for my future dental adventures. I had Dr. Belvov (I really hoped I spelled his name right) and I’m so sorry I forgot the dental assistant’s name but they were both as gentle and caring as they could be, and their financial advisor is very thorough explaining how their financing works and what my options were. Thank you guys so much again, you have no idea how much today meant to me.

I always have a wonderful experience with this dental group. From the moment I walk in, everyone is so welcoming, kind, and respectful. The staff genuinely cares about their patients and goes out of their way to be accommodating and generous with their time and attention. They made me feel comfortable and valued, which is so important, especially during dental visits. I truly appreciate their professionalism and compassion and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy dental team. Dr. Bilov and his team are truly one of a kind.

We are new in town and I couldn’t be more grateful to have found Dental Care at Lakewood Walk. Their effective communication during scheduling and after in the lead up to the appointment was fantastic. Ana went above and beyond - she was attentive, caring, explained everything in detail and gentle during the cleaning. I appreciated that considerations for future additional treatments were mentioned with no pressure. Tech is top class and Dr Monzin was not rushed and felt present in his explanations of next steps for my crown.

My first visit to "Dental Care at Lakewood Walk” was a great experience. Everyone in the office is so friendly and amazing from the moment you walk in and throughout the entire appointment!!! The staff is very professional from the front desk, the dental hygienist, and the doctor. Christina, the dental hygienist, was amazing! Sweet, friendly, professional. She gave me a great cleaning and gave me educational tips and advices. The office is very nice and has the latest technology. I had the opportunity to meet the doctor, Denis Monzin, who impressed me as a knowledgeable doctor and I will be going back to him in a couple of weeks for a filling. Ashley was very good, as this is my first time with her. She explained everything and gave me helpful hints. I gave only 4 stars because I had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time before being called in.
