Dental Care at Grande Oak

The office staff’s behavior when assisting patients is extremely unprofessional and discourteous. During my interaction, the receptionist stated that because she was “not busy,” she could send over the records. Comments like this are inappropriate and reflect poor customer service skills. Patients should not be made aware of staff workload, nor should the quality or timeliness of service appear to depend on how busy someone feels at the moment. Healthcare settings require professionalism, discretion, and consistent service regardless of internal circumstances. Unfortunately, my experience at this dental office was disappointing. From the beginning, I felt an unnecessary sense of arrogance from the staff. The communication came across as cold and somewhat condescending, which made me uncomfortable. In a medical setting, patients should feel respected and supported. Additionally, I was initially quoted one price for the service. However, during the visit, I was advised to undergo an additional procedure that, in my opinion, was not necessary for my situation. This significantly increased the cost and made the pricing feel unclear and inconsistent. I believe patients deserve transparent pricing and clear explanations about why any procedure is medically necessary before it is performed. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously.

Love this office. Highly recommend Kristen for cleaning. Office staff are friendly and efficient To be honest I would not recommend the male hygienist for cleaning. Nice fella but just too rough at cleaning Kristen and the other ladies are amazing

Fantastic front staff and all dental assistance are very good with attention to detail and communication. The dentist is a true artist!! He not only puts you completely at ease, but listens intuitively during procedures. Remarkable results!!

I have very bad gag issues and postnatal drip so laying back on the chair is the worst but my hygienist was the best. She was very nice and talkative which took my mind off things and let me sit up as much as I could while she stood and did the work instead of sitting.
