Dental Care at Berewick

This place deserves a 10 star if possible! The costumer service will be the reason they will be the only dentist I go to. I’ve worked in the dental field for 10+ years so I’m a harsh credit when it comes to going to a new dentist! The front desk girls were wonderful! My hygienist Nick is one of the best hygienist I’ve been to! Sits down with you and explains he goes above and beyond what is expected from a hygienist! The doctor was wonderful and did my dental work the same day! The dental assistant I had was wonderful as well! Everyone had such a great personality and I’m looking forward to going back!

I had a great experience at this dental office yesterday. The entire staff was so nice, gentle, and genuinely caring from the moment I walked in. The dentist was the same—patient, kind, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. It’s not often you find a place that treats you with that level of respect and compassion, but they truly did. I really appreciate their professionalism and the care they showed me. Highly recommend!

I was looking for a new dentist office and agreed to this location! Safe to say after a consultant and 1 appointment I will NOT be returning. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-up. I was told several times that someone would call me back, but a month went by and nothing happened. When I finally called again, the receptionist was rude and unhelpful. Then today — after all that time — I get an alert from my insurance that they just sent an estimate. Honesty and communication mean everything to me, and this office completely dropped the ball. They’ve lost my trust, and I won’t be returning. I recommend finding another dentist who values their patients and keeps their word.

Amazing experience from start to finish! The treatment was excellent, the doctor and hygienist were both outstanding, and the entire team was incredibly kind and professional. Truly an amazing dental clinic—thank you so much!

I had a tooth emergency the Tuesday before Christmas. I was a new client, yet, they worked me in same day and did a wonderful job. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. My previous dental office was closed for holiday. I'm grateful for Dental Care of Berewick for being available.
