Firstly, I will say the dentists are excellent. My one-star rating is in no way a reflection on them. My problem is with the support staff, most notably Laurie, who is extremely rude and condescending. I had a 9:30 a.m. cleaning scheduled. Unbeknownst to me, the hygienist decided to change my appointment time without consulting me (something she did quite often). When Laurie called 2 days before the appointment, and said My appointment was at 9, I said it was at 9:30. "We changed it," she told me. I told her I didn't know. She claimed that they had left me a voicemail (I didn't receive a voicemail). I said I wasn't aware of the change. Laurie's very snippy response was "I'm telling you now. I don't see what your problem is. Do you want the appointment or not?!" This lack of respect cau

Literally just hung up attempting to schedule an appointment and the receptionist Laurie, continuously cut me off in the middle of me responding to the questions she asked regarding my previous dental history. Because of Laurie I decided to end the call and look for another dental office in the west haven area that will appreciate my business and actually treat a new patient with respect.

Dental Associates of SNE's appointments are always on time, they do a thorough job with cleanings/exams- it's the best dentist office I've ever been to. Clean, professional and friendly staff. Must go!

What other dentist office offers you big over the ear headphones to listen to your favorite radio station for music or sports and then also offers to throw TV on for you while they turn your teeth from an off yellow tic tac to a pearly white chicklet? None. 5 ⭐️

I moved so I am not close enough to to advantage of this great dental service! I truly miss the great service I use to receive.
