Today about my grandson there he is autistic and the lady that was working on him was really working on his two front teeth the entire time we’re there, but he had a lot of plaque, but she was really wrenching on these teeth on him and he was scared very, very scared and I told her twice twice That he was autistic and I tried to comfort Eli and tell him that everything was OK and then he asked am I gonna die and I told him baby you’re not gonna die and I decide to get up and look at his teeth and his two bottom teeth where his guns were red of course from bleeding but I asked her to stop working on those and go to the next and she refused And I said why can’t you go to the next teeth and give those two a break he’s autistic he’s scared. Do not take your child here. This place is completely unprofessional and clearly not equipped to work with kids. We took our daughters here, and during the cleaning, nothing was explained to them. When my oldest started asking simple questions like “What is that?” or “What do you use that for?” she was dismissed. When the dentist came to review her X-rays, he only spoke to the hygienist; nothing was explained to me or my daughters. There was also no examination of the tongue, which is standard at our previous dentist. They told us we needed two more appointments, so we scheduled them. At today’s appointment, my daughter was seated and immediately given a mask without any explanation. When she tried to ask what it was, she was again dismissed. I am never bringing my kids here again. They are more suited to do dental work on prisoners than children. They pried both my kids mouths open to look at their teeth. All the fillings that they have done for my kids have fallen out of their mouths, and they blamed us for them falling out.

It's hard to find a dentist to take straight MA so our options are limited. We've been here a few times now and even after explaining that my child has severe dental anxiety and sensory processing disorder everyone is very short, impatient and unkind to to her. They try to sneakily do things or lie about what they're doing even after I've told them she needs to be told before hand what happens and say things like, 'you're 8, I did this to a 3 year old today and they weren't this scared' and ' you better do this well for me, or the doctor will have to come do it and she's mean" Immediately after I remind them again that she is very anxious and needs patience. It doesn't sit right with me. It's been this way with everyone we've worked with, every time. I understand they need to see as

I don’t mind this place, but TWICE now the hygienist Cheralynn should not be working on children. She is very rude and works on my kids teeth so aggressively! I didn’t want to cause a scene so i havent said anything but after a visit with another child, my child told me she was very rough and has a demeanor that isn’t very pleasant. Please talk to this hygienist bc she could eventually hurt someone!
