I had an excellent experience at Dental Associates of Northern Virginia in Alexandria. From the moment I walked in, the reception team was warm, welcoming, and professional. Brenda was especially helpful—she promptly rescheduled my next visit and clearly explained the cost of an additional needed service before adding it. I really appreciated the transparency and efficiency. Serap Malik, RDH, was outstanding. She was thorough, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly throughout the cleaning. As always, it was a wonderful visit! The hospital staff are always so happy, professional, and courteous. I’m seriously considering working there. I’ve never been there and not seen the front desk, who are always polite and smiling when they greet you. This visit was the first time I saw my dentist without his face mask. The office is neat and the folks are very friendly. They do an outstanding cleaning job. All dental work has been done with the utmost professionalism.

First visit was great. Serap gave me a thorough cleaning and Dr. Legum answered all my questions. It's not a swanky office space if you're someone that needs high end atmosphere. I found it to be just fine and the office staff was lovely.
