Dental Associates of NEPA Dr. David Shemo DMD

SANDY (new employee not Sandra) is the ABSOLUTE BEST to work with! She is so patient, kind and extremely helpful. I always had a hard time speaking to the front desk because of their tone or attitude but Sandy is so empathetic. The other front desk staff need to take lessons from her especially the part-time employee who only works Saturdays. The Saturday employee wouldn’t NOT send me an email because she said it would TAKE HER TOO LONG (even though she expressed she has been there for years) when I saw an over paid amount on my receipt and asked for a refund the Saturday employee and the other employee responded back extremely rude saying “well you can’t get it today”, but Sandy she processed the refund right back to my card and went the extra mile for me. I am so thankful Sandy for Sandy

Best dental office by far!! I have been to some great dental offices, however he's definitely the number one on my list that I would recommend first to anyone!! From Dr shemo to the receptionist their all amazing!! Thank you for squeezing us in on a Saturday and Dr. Shemo you did an amazing job on my son's teeth!!!

I have been going here for years, I don’t know how long but every time was a great experience Dr.Shemo and his team are very friendly and fulfill my needs when it comes to my sensitive teeth their have been times I needed an immediate consultation for my wisdom teeth and they have done it . Dr shemo has made me much more confident with my smile, everytime an appointment comes up I always get text reminders a few days before and the day of , I would recommend this place to anybody in need of dental care

Clean office and decent hours. I love my regular dental assistant. She's sweet and patient. She's open to talk to you about anything. Dr. Shemo is always polite. My only complaint is that it's one of many offices anymore that are very unforgiving towards neurodivergent. It's easy for me to forget appts with my ADHD and I missed 2 appts because I no longer received the text reminders for some reason. I'm already on a same day list which is difficult to manage which how much I work. Not everyone patient you get is inconsiderate. That seems like it's partly the secretary's job to have dnsured all messages were delivered.

I just would like to take the time and share my experience with NEPA Dental . I had a procedure at this office completed by Dental hygienist Ms. Jackie she is the most patient person truly perfect for her position. I had a great phobia for dentist due to a very bad experience that I had neglected my dental care. Well I would recommend this location for children, adults any one who needed attention but uncomfortable with going please go here , you will definitely get your comfort level back never missing an cleaning and get your amazing smile back like me ! Truly grateful and satisfied
