I used to travel across the border for dental treatment because I had some very disappointing experiences in the U.S. Now that I have dental insurance, I decided to visit Dental Associates of McAllen, and I am so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the front office staff was welcoming and professional. The dental hygienist was incredibly kind, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made me feel completely at ease. I truly felt that he cared about my comfort and concerns. The Doctor was equally impressive—friendly, genuine, respectful, and attentive. He thoroughly answered my questions and showed sincere care throughout my visit. I am very grateful for the exceptional service and positive experience. I highly recommend them

Although everyone was very nice and patient during my appointment, I needed an answer as to whether or not one of my teeth (which is broken) can be fixed in the same procedure as my cleaning since it would under anesthesia. I just need an answer and total cost.

Excellent service excellent staff. Finally found a dentist that I can see on a regular basis. Dr. Herrera and his staff were true professionals. Highly recommend them!
