I had a great experience at Dental Associates of Hollywood. From the moment I walked in, everything was smooth and professional. The front desk team, especially Adelaine and Zaidee, were welcoming, attentive, and made the whole process easy and stress free. The office is very clean and well organized, and the hygienist was thorough and gentle. Dr. Barrantes was amazing, knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Highly recommend this office if you’re looking for quality dental care and outstanding service!

​I gave this clinic one star only so I could write this review and express how truly disappointed I am. I went in for a filling on a molar, and shortly after, I began experiencing sensitivity to hot and cold. When I returned to explain the situation, I was told the only solution was a root canal. ​The manager acknowledged that the doctor made a mistake and even issued a partial refund, though she claimed my molar was already damaged. I sought a second opinion from a specialist she recommended, and they confirmed that a root canal is indeed necessary because the filling placed by the doctor is compressing the nerve. ​Since then, I have tried to contact the manager to discuss my situation, but it has been impossible. I came in for a cleaning and I felt compelled to leave a review because the dental hygienist, Joselyn, was super lovely and helpful. I had questions about the proper ways of flossing and she took the time to make sure I understood it confidently. My teeth have never felt or looked this clean. I would definitely come back to her!

I’ve been to this office a few times, and during my earlier visits there were some delays that were frustrating. However, on my most recent visit for another procedure, they truly more than made up for it. I was seen immediately, the procedure itself was smooth and efficient, and the overall experience was excellent. The office manager was especially kind and attentive. Her and the team acknowledged my previous experience and clearly made an extra effort to ensure everything went seamlessly this time. I really appreciated how seriously they took my feedback and how proactive they were in turning things around. It made a big difference, and I’m glad I gave them another chance. I look forward to coming back.

Recently I had the opportunity to get a cleaning done with Joselyn and honestly she is the best hygienist, she made sure that my concerns were addressed and she gave the best smile ever! she is also very thorough and explained everything that was going on in my mouth!! Great office!
