This is the first time i’ve been to the dentist and wasn’t uncomfortable!! Holly is so nice and really pays attention to detail. She made me feel completely at ease and did such a thorough job. You can tell she takes pride in her work. I truly appreciate the care!

Emmy is Great! I've been coming to this Dentist for the last 11 years, all of the Doctors are great. They are friendly, caring and gentle. I Love that they provided sunglasses and have relaxing music. They communicate well and are easy to schedule appointments.

Disappointed with the Customer Service I’ve had a very frustrating experience with Dental Arts. Their customer service is disorganized—they don’t seem to know who is booked for appointments or what the appointments are for. On top of that, they don’t follow any clear order when seeing patients. I had an appointment scheduled for 11:00 AM, but when I arrived, I was told it had been moved to 12:00 without any prior notice. There was no apology or concern for the inconvenience. When I voiced my concerns, they were brushed off, which felt extremely dismissive and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend bringing your family or friends here. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and basic consideration for their time.

I had an excellent experience at Dental Arts of Lawrence. I needed a crown, and with their advanced Cronus/CEREC technology, The dentist was professional, gentle, and explained each step clearly, which made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The staff was very welcoming, and the office is clean and modern. My new crown looks and feels completely natural. Highly recommend this place for top-quality dental care
