Dental Aid

I had a filling fall out over the weekend and when I called to get scheduled as a new patient they got me in the very next morning! I went in for my appointment and I was treated with kindness and respect from start to finish. Everyone was very professional and made you feel welcomed! I was able to get my tooth repaired the same day and left feeling very satisfied with the work done. I will be going back for future care and can’t wait to continue building my relationship with Dr. Dietiker and the rest of the team at the Dental Aid Longmont location!

I really appreciate that they care here. I had a really bad dental experience at a different dentist a few months ago, which resulted in me having to get an emergency filling. I've always been really anxious around dentists, but that last filling I had with the other dentist was pure nightmare fuel. I just wanted to leave a review saying I appreciate the dentist and staff here putting up with me and my anxiety. I basically had a filling break and they had to replace it. I have had numerous 5 star experiences at Dental Aid Longmont over the last few years. From cleanings to filling replacements to crowns to work on my front 2 teeth for color matching and cosmetic repair. The entire staff from front desk Abbie to hygienists Ana to Dr. Dietiker are top notch and do a wonderful job. Highly recommended.

Dr. Dietiker is not only the best dentist I've ever been to. He's also a real artist and a truly wonderful person. My teeth were in terrible shape from years of neglect and poor dental hygiene. After a few discouraging attempts to get my teeth fixed at other dental offices, I had begun to think that I’d never be able to afford to get my teeth fixed. Fortunately, I found Dental Aid. From the 1st appointment Dr. Dietiker came up with a treatment plan that made sense to me and that I could afford. By my 2nd appointment he fixed 3 really messed up front teeth that were causing me so much embarrassment that I had started isolating from friends and family. I had an appointment for 2:00pm and was a new patient, so I showed up 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. The office was locked for their lunch break and I heard voices of people laughing and hanging out inside, but I had to wait outside for 15 minutes until exactly 2pm to enter and start the paperwork. They unlocked the door and awkwardly opened it a crack, but didn't welcome me in. I eventually saw the dentist for what I clearly scheduled as an exam AND a cleaning. He told me that most dentists do both in one visit, but they don't do that here. You have to schedule a separate appointment for a cleaning. That would have been nice to know a month ago when I scheduled the "exam and cleaning" appointment. Now they are booked out for another month, which I'll be out of the country, so I g
