EXCEEDED ALL MY EXPECTATIONS Denise is a very personable professional who provided excellent training so that I could adapt to my new cochlear implant. She provided a verity of exercises to use for daily training that made sessions more interesting and challenging. She gave my son instructions on how to conduct daily training sessions and every week she would ask for his opinion on my progress.
