Genuinely a compassionate and caring doctor. She is thorough. I feel safe in her care. Previously, I was having unknown symptoms and went to every doctor imaginable for a diagnosis. I went to Dr. Burns for a regular checkup during this time and was symptomatic. She was the only doctor that suspected I had POTS. Recently I was diagnosed with POTS at Mayo Clinic. This condition is out of her scope, but she tried everything in her power to help me at the time. She is my eye doctor for life.

I am 64 years old and never experienced such a loving, compassionate staff as I did yesterday, as a first time patient. Words cannot begin to express how incredible my experience was from the front desk to Dr Burns herself♥️

Wonderful visit with a delightful optometrist! The exam was painless and efficient. The office was easy to find off Babcock, Covid 19 precautions were followed, and I was able to discuss glasses, contacts, and try colored contacts.
