Deng Family Medicine Center

I've seen Nancy for several years (5+) and am extremely happy with her and the office overall. For the previous comments: I've never had a problem with the front desk being rude, I've NEVER had to wait...I usually take a book and only read a couple of pages before I'm called, my only complaint about billing is that they don't send statements so if you have a balance you find out at your next appointment, for test results I get an email saying my results are ready and I can access them through the patient portal which is much easier to do than wait for a call back. I think I addressed the complaints. However, I DID see Dr. Deng once and he's not the friendliest. But he suggested that I see Nancy and that worked out great. Don't be concerned that she's an NP. I was disappointed with my recent visit. I waited for a very long time in the exam room, only to have a brief five-minute consultation with the doctor. I understand that offices can get busy, but I would have appreciated better communication about the wait time and that I wouldn't even be seeing or speaking to the actual doctor.

The wait time is ridiculous and the staff is rude at times and making loud conversations and laughing. I feel like that's unprofessional to be making that much noise in a drs office. I do like the Dr's. They are awesome and kind and very caring! They just need to tame it down a bit with all the noise. And speed up the wait time but that's just drs making their notes.

Doctor Mosca has been gone for over 3 months now, yet, Deng Family Medicine still has him listed as a doctor there and their website indicates the same. Very deceiving. They need to update their information!

If anyone knows where Dr. Mosca has gone, PLEASE comment below. He was the only saving grace of this clinic—a knowledgeable, compassionate physician who actually cared about his patients. Without Dr. Nicholas Mosca, there is zero reason to subject yourself to this disgraceful practice. It’s unclear whether Dr. Mosca is even still associated with this clinic, as the staff refuses to give a straight answer—instead responding with evasion, and outright hostility when questioned. Without him, Deng Family Medicine is nothing but a sham, staffed by entitled individuals who have no business working in healthcare. One particular staff at the front office embodies everything wrong with Oklahoma’s decaying healthcare system—ignorant, unprofessional, and utterly uncouth.
