What can I say? Mark was such a patient man. Awesome customer service! Very polite, calm, will and can answer questions about orthotics and insoles. I’ve never met anyone like him. From making an appointment, to giving you directions to the store, to sizing and fitting. Everything went smoothly. When I came back to pick up the shoes and put them on…wow! The shoes are not bad looking shoes for orthotics. Light on the feet. I felt like I was walking in air. Thanks Mark for being patient and very helpful. 100 percent recommended if you need orthotics or insoles custom made. No pictures somehow it did not save in my phone. But I’ll tell you the store is very clean and organized!

Outstanding service! It has been some time since my previous comment. But now I have to edit it to increase my positive comment. Mark provided me orthotic dress shoes. Some time later, a shoelace broke. I stopped by thinking he might sell shoelaces. He did not, but he said he would get them for me. He just called. I stopped by. He handed me a pair of new shoelaces, AT NO COST! I have to change my previous comment. THE MOST INCREDIBLE SERVICE IMAGINABLE! Okay, I do not know how to give Mark Rivers a higher grade for his service at Delta Orthotics, but he just did. I brought in my tennis shoes. They are a few years old. The sole was separating. Mark is great, knowledgeable and helped me with selecting the proper shoe, slippers and orthotics for the debilitating plantar fasciitis I've been going through. So much improvement with patience and suggestions, I am seeing a light through this painful journey. Delta Orthotics will continue to be my "Go To" place for all my footwear.
