love supporting local businesses, love everything about delta! only note is, the young lady working the check out desk could use some more training regarding customer service care. she speaks in a dry short manner, no smiles or “have a nice day”, and isn’t very communicative regarding directions. almost acts as if she’s angry or annoyed. the first time i thought she was just having a bad day, but it seems to now be a repeating pattern :( easy fix though, still love the rest of the staff and business!!

Delta is amazing. I had always gone to the bigger corporate pharmacies and the customer service is night and day. Delta staff are always incredibly friendly and actually treat me like a person seeking medical care. Couldn’t recommend them enough. They even have a treat for my dog every time, and also carry the local City Paper. It’s little touches like those that go a long way. Truly part of the community here.

I have dealt with this Delta Pharmacy for many people over the years, some with some very complicated health issues. There is no better pharmacy. They are pleasant and take good care of each of their customers, ensuring they get the medication they need in the fastest manner. And they will even call Medicaid or other insurance companies to straighten out issues if needed. They are truly the best!

Morgan Hunter is a fantastic pharmacist! She went above and beyond to help me. I was at the pharmacy today and I was trying to get an Uber. No luck. She volunteered to take me home in the Delta vehicle. I appreciate her so much. The rest of the staff are all very nice. They also are very good at trying to resolve any problems. I recommend y'all to use this pharmacy.

I don’t leave reviews but Delta Pharmacy on East Bay Street in Charleston is an exception. The people are the prize! Everyone there is lovely. That’s the real reason I use this pharmacy and bonus , they deliver. You are always greeted with a genuine smile and service is exceptional. Love those guys!!!!
