Delmont Medical Care

First I live in Queens about 10 miles away from Delmont Medical Care in Rockville Centre. I have other options of medical locations that I can choose from and go to that are closer. I have gone 4 times to this location and I really enjoy and look forward to going to my appointments. Lol as much as anyone could possibly really want to go to the doctors but I am always comfortable and feel good when there. The staff is well mannered and respectful and funny and attentive to your individual needs. Starting with but not in any specific order Cindy, Wendy, Susana, Alexandra, Ani, Maira, Nathaly. Thank You to all hopefully I did not forget anyone and if I did I apologize not my intention. Great team, great attitude and keep up the good work. The inconvenience of going so far is well worth it.

I am a new patient & so far I am not impressed the first time I called to make an appointment the receptionist I spoke with spoke as if she had marbles in her mouth and she had the nerve to hiss & sigh when I needed to constantly ask her to repeat herself because I could not understand her, she then proceeded to get me off the phone without scheduling an appointment for me. 2 1/2 weeks later they left me a message to make an appointment & when I called and spoke with another young lady I expressed to her that i have a very bad cold & the Rockville Centre location was more convenient for me to travel to & she proceeded to book my appointment for 11am, I repeatedly confirmed with her at the Rockville Centre location and she said yes at the Rockville Centre location.
