Some management and regular employees are making up policies that do not exist. Some lie. Some sit and work on computers all day, while lost residents don't know how to get to their rooms. No one lifts a finger yet they tell me the Nurse Educator covers all the basics. Some CNA's are tired of doing other CNA's work when the other does not help them. Not having voicemail is archaic. Running Delmar like it's 1970. I am a resident and sometimes a funny stand up comic, singer and actor This place is great for new material.

My aunt has been here for long term care for the past month and the care has been nothing short of the best. Loving and patient nursing staff, great activities offered, and I can sleep at night knowing she’s safe and well cared for. Thank you for everything Delmar!

Have my loved one here for rehab and I could not have asked for a better facility. Nursing staff is kind and reliable, therapy staff is incredible, and food is delicious. Overall a very welcoming and wholesome atmosphere.

.tell me again how much they care. I have been experiencing severe pain in my right shoulder blade and arm. So bad that it could be cardiac or a pinched nerve. Can't lay on my right side. I told them I feel it is bad enough to be evaluated at the hospital no was my answer.

Clean and organized facility. Staff are nice and go the extra mile. Took great care of my relative who was there for rehab, if he needs rehab again he would go there
