Dellwood Urgent Care

Negative 30 stars! I called this location at 5:04 to verify that I’m able to bring my son to be seen due to him possibly having chickenpox. When i informed the woman on the phone that I was 30’minutes away and she asked the reason for the visit. I informed her that my son may possibly have chickenpox. I get to the location and walk in at 5:38 and am informed that my son CANNOT be SEEN. I informed her that I called and spoke with someone who SPECIFICALLY INFORMED me that I can still come to this location and was informed to come even after stating the traveling distance and estimated time of arrival. She DIDNOT care and had no other reasoning besides, the doctor cut it off, the doctor overrules their word. If this is the case, WHY was I told to come! Why did I drive from South city St.Louis

I went in for a minor issue. I arrived at 8:30am. I waited in line, filled out paperwork, was called back and saw the doctor, got a prescription and was out the door by 9:30am. never have I been in and out a doctor's office so fast. I didn't feel rushed, the employees were nice and helpful and the doctor made me feel comfortable and safe. I got in my car and was totally satisfied. I've been to other doctors, other hospitals that- even if I had an appointment- I would be waiting for hours, I wouldn't be checked in, or wouldn't see anyone at all (*cough Betty Jean Healthcare). I'll be back for sure.

This place is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO SLOW! I have been waiting in the lobby for over 2 hours and everyone who went in the back before me is gone. Why am I still sitting here? They weren’t even packed and they are still slow. I don’t understand. Should have went to urgent care by my job in ofallon!

Medical team was both skilled and friendly while explaining everything clearly. The clean facility and easy location made the whole experience stress-free. Perfect for those without appointments. Prices were reasonable too. Would highly recommend this urgent care for efficient, quality care.
