We take no responsibility for the mistakes we make” Loyal customer and have dealt with a lotta bullshit here but the past month I finally switched. They call you to come in and they pick and choose which prescriptions they want to fill without notifying the customer about the ones they aren’t going to fill. You don’t find that out though until you go to pick them up. They are also incredibly rude and demeaning to their patrons. People need their medications and they don’t seem to have any empathy, care, or loyalty to even their longtime customers. Lady in the front who basically throws you your meds, with her bare shoulders and “60 year old tryna look 25” appearance without any thank you or basic manners. I

Shall I prepare a list or would it be preferred in paragraph form? Talk about a train wreck. This place should be a parody on Saturday Night Live for everything that is wrong with pharmacies. In effort to save time and point out the most wreckage, we can move past the rudeness and poor customer service skills, and get right down to what is important. I like giving chances and admittedly in this case, I gave a Delco Drugs and Whaterver, way too many of those. Going from making mistakes on getting half your dose of what is prescribed, (then giving the customer the attitude even though he is the one who miscounts) or telling you all your scripts are ready so you get there and one isn't filled yet and won't be till tomorrow when that was the one you needed for tonight. I have been a loyal customer at Delco for many years, originally referred by a trusted friend who is a medical doctor. Today, I had an urgent situation regarding a newly prescribed medication. After picking up my prescription, I realized I forgot to ask about potential interactions with some medications I already have at home. When I called the pharmacy to inquire, I was told they couldn’t help because they were short-staffed and that I needed to contact my doctor instead. The entire call lasted less than 15 seconds, and I was left feeling dismissed and unsupported. While I understand that staffing shortages can be challenging, I believe it’s reasonable to expect a pharmacist to address medication concerns—especially when it’s their professional responsibility. Wonderful pharmacy! My son needed a rare medication that only few pharmacies are able to fill. My experience at Delco was great. I wish I lived closer because I would make it my permanent pharmacy. The pharmacist was polite, proficient and professional.

Most reliable pharmacy I have ever experienced. The staff is professional and always willing to go above and beyond to help their customers obtain medication in a timely manner. The Pharmacist genuinely cares about customers concerns and is readily available to answer any questions. Our family uses this pharmacy for many years and will not use any other Same day delivery is a huge huge plus. I truly appreciate all of you at Delco. Thank you !!!!!
