Horrible service experience today may 9th 2024. I had my kids appointment at 8am for dental we went there 7:50am I waited till 9am before rescheduling because they double book the appointment with same doctor plus staff has attitude problems. Now they gave me August last week appointment because speak my mind that why they double book.

communication with patients needs an amazing amount of improvement. When making an appointment one expects to be attended at such time and not hours after waiting simply because the doctor is “backed up”. and if so that brings me back to communication, it would’ve been ideal to know of the wait time before arriving and getting checked in earlier than set appointment.

Dr. Owings is wonderful. She takes the time to listen to and address my concerns. Everyone from thr staff to the Security Guard is kind and compassionate.

It’s a good and affordable clinic, but the wait times can be pretty long.

I love this place. Great doctors. Good service
