Delaware Maryland Dental

I am HUGE on reviews! This rating should be at minimum a 4.9! I am very cautious of who gets to care for my teeth. Not a lot of dentist actually care and are strictly in it for the money. Long story short my teeth were terrible, and broken due to neglect of continued care. I was recommended to visit here by a co-worker who spoke highly of this office. They were able to get me in within two weeks and that was great because l called so many others and they wouldn’t be able to get me in until the next year. At my first visit, I immediately told the Dr. how embarrassed I was about the state of my teeth. He was extremely nice and gentle and further more very caring. At my second visit Dr. Lerman was HANDS DOWN THE BEST! He took his time with my cleaning, we chit chatted about both being from WD

On November 11th at 8:30 AM, I had a standard dental cleaning with Delaware Maryland Dental in easton md. I arrived at 8:30 AM, completed my paperwork, gave them my new insurance card, and waited to be called back. The dental assistant eventually called me to the back. A few minutes later, a male dentist or dental hygienist came in and said he would be doing my cleaning. He performed the plaque removal and polished my teeth. During this time, I wasn’t provided protective glasses for my eyes, and he did not floss my teeth. He then explained the additional work I needed and said that some of it could be done in their office, while the rest would require an oral surgeon. I just moved to the area, and went to see this dentist a few weeks ago. My first visit for X-rays, cleaning, diagnostics was a VERY positive experience. The person who I dealt with at the front desk was helpful, kind, and professional. The dental assistant (not sure if she was a hygenist, was incredible: calming and kind. Five stars. However, when I called to schedule an appointment to do the work they recommended, the person who took the call (definitely NOT the person I dealt with on the first visit) was rude, clearly completely inconvenineced by calling, and even more annoyed that I dared to try to make an appointment, This person also told me that the dentist who saw me on day one was actually only availalbe on Wednesdays (not something that was mentioned in the original scheduling,

I love this dentist office. I started as one of their first patients when they first opened more than 12 years ago. Dr Jain was compassionate and thorough and his staff was kind and always helpful. I left the area for a while but they welcomed me back. And when I called with tooth pain they saw me next day and got me in for a cleaning in 2 months (bc I was overdue). I am seeing a different dentist this time but he was just as fantastic.

Delaware Maryland Dental is so good to me! The whole staff genuinely loves me and the feeling is mutual! From the Front Desk to the Chair 💺 they make me feel like a priority! I dont typically do a review but yall deserve the highest praise. Thank you for everything ! -Jeramy
