Appointment was cancelled without my knowledge. Front desk said they reached out because my insurance is out of network, but I double checked and had no notifications via Epic or voicemail. Confirmed with my insurance that this clinic and MD are within network.
I see Dr. Erich Campbell who is very thorough and friendly. I had gallbladder surgery and was in the Jefferson and they found out and called me to see how I was doing.
