Rude, condescending and unhelpful lady on the phone gave me a horrible start to my morning when I was looking for help.

I’ve been coming here for years and all I gotta say is amazing staff! I get my vaccinations and annual gynecology checkup. Holly, the nurse in family planning, is so sweet and supportive! She always follows up on my health and she really cares. I had to schedule an appt at another clinic and it was stressful getting denied due to Covid and most weren’t accepting new patients. I called Holly and she was there to help me out. She really made my life easier and less stressful! Thanks to all the staff for being helpful, kind, and accommodating!

I just want to take a moment to praise the DeKalb Country Health Department for their smooth handling of the 1a and 1b COVID-19 Vaccine rollout. I work in a 1a category job in DeKalb and have been so surprised how easy it was for me to become vaccinated. I have also sent MULTIPLE nervous emails to their COVID-19 dedicated email and they have been patient and understanding in their responses. I have spoke with other peers in my field and they have all had terrible experiences in getting vaccinated. Please keep up the good work, these are historic times and you have helped us to be better able to serve our community.

Second time they gave me a card for next appointment, and when I show up they say they don't have any appointments and that my name isn't in the system. I've received two 3 month birth control and tried to reschedule due to working Night shift and no help because again like "not in the system." Rude.

These girls were outstanding getting me my Covid Vaccine. From Melissa who let me know they had shots to Jennie who wouldn't give up trying to get doctors ok. They were amazing. Thank You.
