I love dr. Schuster! I've had what i assumed were uti's back to back to back for a long while but he figured out I had interstitle cystitis and after my 1st out of 3 bladder installation treatments, I already feel so much better and haven't had any problems! He's a miracle worker! And his staff nurses etc are AMAZING!!! love everyone here! They saved me!! And all of them are VERY professional. 10/10 I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

I am currently Dr Shuster’s patient, being treated for uro/Gyn issues . I am very thankful for his expertise, knowledge & skills as a surgeon & Doctor . North Alabama is very fortunate to have Dr Shuster & his nurse Sarah , who are not only extremely qualified, but are dedicated to the care , healing & management of my medical needs . I find Dr Shuster to be caring , interested , , polite & respectful when I am in his Office , exam room , pre op , surgery , & recovery . Not only does he treat me as a patient with the best of bedside manner , he shows the same respect to Sarah as they work as a team , to clinic staff , and Hospital Staff . Believe all reviews, including Advocates, don’t help the patient. He's very charming first visit. He really needs to retire. He wrote very demeaning comments in my chart to paint a nasty picture that are 100% untrue. In pre-op, he said if I have complications, call him. I see why hospital colleagues said no, go to the ER. If you know about this man why not turn him in. He's causing PTSD in women. Surgery in 2023.

Dr.Shuster is a good caring physician. His staff is not welcoming at all and can’t seem to answer the phones to schedule appointments. I have worked in the Health field for many years. I have the unfortunate responsibility of turning patients over to collections. I never never do that until I have personally called to see if for some reason they missed a bill in the mail. I have never in my life been turned over to collections.NEVER! I paid on my bill and right after that received a collection notice. This is horrible customer service. You are not going to keep patients with that type of billing system. Don’t say you don’t have time to call patients because we have a lot more patients than you and I do them all.

Dr Schuster and his staff made me feel comfortable and welcomed! I saw him first in February 2022, had surgery a week later. He is very professional and explains everything where you can understand! No regrets going to him at all. He will be my doctor from here on out!
