Decatur Diagnostic Laboratory-NOT A QUEST LOCATION

The receptionist was really nice and Latoya was so fast at getting my blood drawn. She kept me distracted with questions about my kids. If I can get all my blood work done here I will. They’re amazing.

I have been here several times for lab work. Everyone is helpful and kind! They don’t hurt taking my blood. They are very efficient. I also get my bone density tests and mammograms here where they show TLC!! I highly recommend going here.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. The receptionist would not check us in until she was off the phone. If this was a business call it wouldn't have bothered me. But she was talking about paint colors and trying to find the color cashmere. So much more important than doing her job!

Great walk-in clinic, along side of occupational health care, that meets a variety of needs! Had a infection in my leg, was worried it might be a blood clot, went in, and it did take a while, but saw Dr. Phillips, she was great! VERY thorough, also cost conscious, (as I had no insurance) made recommendations, (which I took) and they took me around to the other side (the Diagnostic Laboratory side) for basically a sonogram on my leg, then took me back to original exam room, for final answers!

I wish I could give this place 10 stars! I am deathly afraid of needles but the sweet lady, Kelly (I think), was very gentle and put me at ease. I didn’t feel the jab at all! I was so happy I didn’t hyperventilate!
