Dr. Steffan is one of the best doctors I've ever seen. He cares about his patients,most of all he takes the time to listen. He doesn't make you feel like you don't know what you're talking about! I hope he sticks around for a long time!

They have good caring doctors and nurses this place is awesome. My favorite people here is the staff. They always friendly. And the listening a d give best advice on what to do with your health plan.

Some of the people at the front are nice but we specifically called, because the office is 55 minutes from our house, to see if it was okay we would be late by 10 minutes and she said she would check to make sure it was okay. She said yes that's fine. So I drive an hour there to get told the doctor decided to leave even though I got there at the time that they said was okay. What kind of doctor just changes their mind and decides to go home, when someone is traveling an hour to see THEM. If you can't take 15 minutes out of your day to see someone who said you'd wait on, you shouldn't be a family physician. Work somewhere where your word and bedside manner doesn't matter.

I was literally one minute past the 10 minute window allowed for being late due to construction in town. I’d like to emphasize that it was exactly one minute. I called to let the front desk know I was running behind. The main road was blocked off completely in Greensburg which had not been the last time I was in town. Also traffic was very heavy. I figured they may take that into consideration. I ran up to the door, walked in and was given a scornful look by the receptionist in lieu of a greeting. She said they probably won’t see me and said let me check. She picked up the phone & spoke to no one. Then clicked some keys on the computer, as I’m standing waiting and feeling like I’m being reprimanded. She then looked up at me and said, sorry he can’t see you today. I felt as if she

I have had to spend a lot of time here due to family's sickness. Certain doctors sit there and just keep saying come back if things get worse instead of actually trying to help the patients watching them as their health gets worse. The ER is a joke some nurses care but very few . Mike is absolutely amazing with kids adults everyone. I can take my family here and what this hospital dismisses saying they will be fine. I can them to Columbus hospital a hour later and then they get admitted. I would advise anyone to turn around and go to a hospital that will actually help you. Even if it is a bit of a drive it's worth it to have your family taken care of.
