They are always out of my medicine. It takes forever to pick up my prescriptions. The drive thru is always backed up. If you go inside you will have a long wait there too. It drives me crazy that they close the entire pharmacy for lunch instead of just staggering employees lunch breaks. On the other hand the employees are extremely friendly and helpful. I just believe they are overwhelmed. It's definitely a staffing problem.
I transferred my prescriptions to this particular CVS strictly due to the friendliness and attention to customer service provided by the staff—a great team and excellent communication.
Can sometimes be busy and take awhile to get checked out but they are very helpful when looking for an item
I always have a great experience when getting prescriptions at CVS Pharmacy in Greensburg. indiana. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable employees.
The wait is a bit over the top. That's why I went to Walmart. But we switched back because of insurance.
