I had a hearing test with Dr Grall and she not explain the results to me very well or how hearing aids would help. She offered hearing aids that had 4 year old technology and said I couldn't get the latest model of the Oticon hearing aids. I went to another provider and they took the time to explain my hearing loss and offered me the latest models of hearing aids.
