Called to see about making an appointment, interrupted me and borderline hung up on me, I understand being busy or having a bad day but there was no need for that. I've read reviews that Dr.Dean is great but if his receptionist can't even be polite to people on the phone, I don't have a lot a faith in the place.

Look i understand getting upset because a dog tried bitting you, he's a rescued stray and he didn't like the gloves and the vet trying to check up on him and i have no problem with the muzzle l on him, but being condescending to me is not only rude but unprofessional. I will be taking my business elsewhere PS This is mainly towards the older receptionist

All Care is a wonderful animal hospital. The office kitties are very welcoming when you walk in making you feel at home! This was my cats first visit with Dr. Dean and everything was wonderful 💕. Dr. Dean was very kind and caring and made sure my kitty was in top notch shape! 😸
