She’s contracted for insurance and only looks to deny surgeries - she denied my back surgery for wanting me to do a whole round of behavioral therapy - despite me having no history of psychological issues and being cleared by psychologist for surgery. I have a crushed disc causing me excruciating pain that can only be fixed by surgery. YOUR ACTIONS DESTROY LIVES. I am stuck in this state because of YOU.
