Our experience at this office was very disappointing. Our appointment was scheduled for 9:00 a.m., and we arrived at 8:50, but were not seen until after 11:00. This was our first and likely our last visit. Several other parents in the waiting area mentioned that long delays are common, which was concerning to hear. On a positive note, the front desk staff and other team members were friendly and courteous. However, the office would greatly benefit from improving its scheduling process to better respect patients’ time. Waiting over two hours for a routine cleaning is unreasonable and needs to be addressed.

She does horrible work. I can’t believe I have to come out of pocket for two crowns because she incorrectly did her job per another dentist judgement. She’ll get you in and out but the work is terrible. She over books, there is no reason the parking should be so packed you can’t even find parking. Update: I looked at X-rays today 10-21-25 of the work that Ashcroft done & there is still cavity under my child’s filling & barely a tooth for the crowns to stick to no wonder they popped of within two months. Making a complaint with the insurance as I’m typing. I highly don’t recommend if you were referred here.

Do not take your children here! We had the worst experience ever. They wouldn't let me go back with my son, to at least get him settled. It wasn't a "we prefer parent's don't go back there", it was a complete refusal. I literally pushed my way back there with my son to get him settled. Then, they weren't able to get the x-rays necessary and didn't call me when I asked them to call me if he had a hard time getting the x-rays. After the exam, I never got to talk to the doctor. Instead, I spoke with the assistant in their break room! They told me my son had 4 cavities that would require him to be put under anesthesia at the main hospital because my son's mouth was too small. I told them I would get a second opinion. They said that I would not be able to come back if he didn't h

We went there today as a referral for 4 fillings from oir family dentist. They want to do 5 crowns, an extraction, 1 filling and mentioned multiple cavities between her teeth. Shes 6 and will loose all of these teeth, and does not have pain, swelling or any indication of infection. I called oir family dentist back real quick and I'm going to ask for a referral to a different place. They also want to "swaddle" her after I told them she's clausterphobic. No thank you.

Worse dentist and staff ever very unprofessional. The dentist is rude and as well as her staff. It’s really sad that board seems to not see that she should not work with kids. Nevertheless the all mighty see’s and karma eventually have justice. This dentist should not be allowed to work with a turtle or a bird let alone someone’s child.
