My wife had a prenatal check-up appointment at 11:15 a.m. and arrived at 11:13 a.m. However, the receptionist was busy with another patient until she was able to register her, so my wife could not enter until 11:25 a.m. I understand that it is recommended to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the appointment time, but that does not justify the rude attitude of the receptionist or the lack of empathy of Dr. Alisson. On several occasions, my wife has arrived 20 minutes early and has had to wait up to 30 minutes or more, and that brings our one-year-old child. It was just a routine check-up where they ask some questions and then send her home. There were no other patients, so there is no excuse for them not being able to attend to my wife promptly.
