They repeatedly wrote my daughter’s name incorrectly, even after I clearly spelled it out multiple times. Despite my efforts to correct it, the mistake continued. This is very concerning, especially in an urgent care setting where accurate patient information is critical for safety and proper treatment. Attention to detail and basic communication should be a standard in any healthcare facility.

I took my son in on Christmas Eve due to abdominal pain and a fever. I told them that I had a feeling it was influenza and I was requesting a flu test. The MA told me that I needed to take him to the hospital for possible appendicitis. I told her that I did not believe it to be appendacitis due to past illness and it not meeting criteria for appendicitis. Anyway, she made me sound like a horrible mother if I didn't take him to the ER. I took him to the ER and they ruled out appendicitis. It is Influenza A. 🙃I get it. I'm a MA too, but as a mother, sometimes I just know and wanted to rule it out. We would have waited to be seen. I understand that you were busy and short staffed. I'm sorry, but quit sending people to the ER who don't need it.This isn't the first time this has happened and th

No radiology tech in the late afternoon. Took my daughter in for a sports injury. Most sports injuries occur in late afternoon or early evening for children after school. It seems senseless to be open and not have a radiology tech. I felt bad, adding to the congestion of the ER on a busy Friday night. A simple Xray from Urgent Care would have diagnosed her quickly. We had to wait a long time in the ER, to get a room, and now we’re tied up ER for something like a simple Xray. This caused a delay in care. Deaconess Urgent Care do better!!

Everyone has always been very nice. It’s a busy place, and people waiting get very frustrated because they’re waiting, but the staff does seem to care and do the best they can. There’s a nurse there named Larry, and he is really kind and considerate of people’s feelings. Lucky to have good employees that care! Thank you for always giving such good care!

Rude staff. Consistently rude. They continue to be incompetent and will not communicate with the allergist doctor for my son's scheduled weekly shots, won't tell us about their missing paperwork (on their end, not the allergist), and make us do all of the leg work that the allergist states must be done by them (clinical staff) and not the patient. We've tried rectifying this situation over the phone and in person, but it's ongoing. This is the most disorganized and rude office I have ever had to deal with.
