CALL AHEAD AND MAKE SURE YOUR PRESCRIPTION IS READY. If you are in the drive through and the tech tells you it's going to be +30 minutes, it's only human decency to go park and go inside when your prescription is ready instead of making everyone wait on you!!! Just watched 5 people pull off because someone is just sitting at the window for almost an hour.

All my visits there have been pretty pleasant

Closed pharmacy gate as I was walking up there. It wasn’t even time for them to close yet. We asked if I could grab a prescription because it’d only take a minute and they said no as there were 3 employees just standing behind the gate. The prescription was already filled so they just had to grab it and charge me $2. They couldn’t do that so we had to call and drive all the way to another CVS location because they were unhelpful and jerks about it.

Sam, the pharmacy manager was great! She went above and beyond, even calling my insurance company to see why a prescription showed up as already picked up- only to find out that the insurance provider's system was down! Without insurance, she found me a discount card to help bring he medicine down to a much more reasonable price! Thanks Sam!

Terrible customer service. Literally closed the gate in my daughter’s face as she walked up right at closing time. I asked if we could just pick up her prescription quickly, as she was in pain and a woman in the back said no and then proceeded to ignore us. There’s a special place in hell for people like her.
