Daughter took my 6 month old grandson yesterday (July 21, 2025) for a rash all over his body. Kelsey Kippenbrock was the np that saw him. Insisted it was hand foot and mouth, even though acknowledging that it didn’t look like it (what she could see by just looking down his shirt). Absolutely no help at all. Did not listen to a word she said. Complete waste of time and money. This is who you have Deaconess represent healthcare? Then had to call her regular doctor next business day to find out that no it looks absolutely nothing like hand foot and mouth. She would have better luck if she had gone to the Walmart deli and asked their opinion. If you don’t know don’t act like you do. Kelsey has no business in pediatric healthcare.

Young women doctor with bad attitude. Cdl test and told them to go to hell because of up charging. Would not recommend to anyone. The receptionist is great. I was vice president of K C Transportation and was there over 20 years and we used them the whole time I was there. I just reported them to the owner of the company. You all probably ran this off already though.

Came in for a eye scratch and I was all taken care of within 20 mins, including waiting for only 4 mins. Kelsey the receptionist is an amazing person she helped me schedule an eye appointment when I was getting the run around and having unprofessional service. She gave one phone call and had everything situated for me! Without her I’d still be in so much pain and have no scheduled appointment. So thank you Kelsey for going above and beyond my visit to get me the help I need!!

I went to urgent care because I was sick with what I thought was a sinus/ear infection. Nurse who checked me in was real nice. She asked me if I wanted a Covid/flu test, which I said yes to, just to be on the safe side. However, the nurse practitioner who came in gave me the quickest exam on record, determined it was just viral and sent me out the door. She said they would call if the test was positive. So my husband drove me home. Halfway there, results came in and so tested positive for Covid. Never got a phone call, just a message saying an antibiotic was called IF I wanted to take it! I had Covid two years ago and because of my many health issues, I have to be careful. Why wouldn’t I want to take the antibiotic?!? Won’t go back there again!

The people at Deaconess Urgent Care were AWESOME today. You know when you feel really bad a kind word can mean so much. I wouldn't hesitate to go there again if I was feeling bad. I felt like they were very concerned about my medications so that they didn't give me anything that would react with them. From entering the front door, to the nurses and the nurse practitioner that treated me I got A+ care. Thank you all again for taking care of me.
