Today, I took my two children, aged 1 and 3, to the urgent care unit because my daughter had broken her arm. My son, who has sensory issues, was very scared and kept crying, saying he wanted to go home. He was so frightened that he couldn't even enter the examination room with his sister and stood crying at the door. One nurse was telling him that he is scaring his sister and he is making her cry. A kind nurse tried to help by asking him if he wants a lollipop, but then another nurse shouted from a distance, "This needs to stop," and grabbed my son roughly, forcing him into the room without asking or trying to know why he is doing that. Instead of feeling supported in a place meant for care, I felt like I had to apologize for my son's fear.

My experience with their staff is always wonderful… I’ve received some of the best care here!!!

The facility was great, the staff was friendly, and the doctor was easy to talk to and understand. The onsite pharmacy made the trip to the doctor’s office convenient. Highly recommend if you have to go.

Best medical experience I’ve had in recent years. I took my son on a Sunday to be seen for a concern that could have waited until Monday but I needed the peace of mind. We were greated by extremely friendly staff and were checked in very quickly. In less than 5 minutes a nurse came to get us. The intake with her went really smoothly. She was kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. After the intake, it took maybe another 5 minutes for the Doctor to come see us. He was very thorough with his examination and identified two possible causes for the symptoms we went in for. He tested for what he thought was more likely and within minutes we had our result. He sent a prescription to the pharmacy on-site. The pharmacy service was extremely quick also. I walked out with the peace of mind I needed and

I visited this urgent care recently and was extremely disappointed with the receptionist’s attitude. Every time someone asked a question, she responded with impatience and a dismissive tone, making the experience stressful and unwelcoming. In a healthcare setting, where people often come in feeling unwell or anxious, a little kindness and professionalism go a long way. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. I hope the management takes steps to improve customer service at the front desk, as first impressions matter.
