Most amazing dentist I’ve ever been to!! Dr Rima is the best

I completed a checkup and cleaning session with Doctor Ivelisse. It is a small practice, but very professional. Reminders are texted to you before and on the day of an appointment. Doctor Ivelisse asks questions, mixed with very light humor to put people like me who get nervous during dental appointments at ease. Her cleaning technique is very gentle and thorough, always asking if I was uncomfortable at any point. I have found the doctor for my dental checkups. I highly recommend Doctor Ivelisse.

It was my first time in this clinic, and I couldn't wait to write a good review about the excellent service they offer. It is a great dental office. The receptionist and the doctor's assistant are very friendly and the doctor is very professional and has excellent communication skills.

This dentist all she’s interested in is leaving early!!! Not only does her staff suck, with the exception of Lourdes, but they are unprofessional and lack empathy. This dentist had the nerve to speed up my sons appts and then when she claims he didn’t show up, she tells me, I’m sorry but I’ll have to see u another day because I gotta leave early!!!! What u got so much money, you can negate services to those who were loyal to you?!? Go give heat to your tnt and his newborn kid who supposedly got sick because of the cold in the apartment!!!!

So unprofessional! They left me stranded outside, never answered the doorbell, never answered the phone. I don’t live in the area, I come all the way from Williamsburg because I believed she was a good doctor and I’ve been going to her for 3 years but that was so unprofessional. No notice no phone call and at the time of my appointment it says that they were open. Never again. Looks like the other reviews were right.
