The Nurses and the PCA were top notch. They took very good care of me and my family when they were visiting. Had a nice visit from my BcBs representative , it was nice to know I had someone to explain coverages and and after care if I need it . If I had needed it they were there in person and I didn’t have to spend time on the phone setting things up I it was needed. The ER was was doctors and nurses were very attentive and I received quick and excellent care.. Please pass alone my thanks for their care. Denise

Was going into the ER for severe burns on my fingers/hand. I understand there is a triage system but I came in at 11pm and did not leave until almost 3am there was only maybe 4 others waiting. The only kind staff member was the nice young lady who dressed my hand and gave me the ointment. The staff was rude and acted like we were bothering them. They took my insurance when I arrived but did not use it or but it through to billing at all. I went in July and I have had to play phone tag with them for months to be able to give them my insurance information. I am still reciving bills that I have already paid for. They will not stop calling me every single day multiple times a day. I have ensured that all my bills are paid and there is no reason for me to be called. They gave my number to some

The experience had its ups and down. Mrs. Mellisa in financials was like a mother to me and helped me when I thought I had no help and checked on me. The ER had me wait 10 or more hours both times but other than that the experience was very great and and the nurse Charlie and Amber on the 7th floor was so very supportive and I didn’t always have to call for them to come help me and the love was genuine . DCH team and staff was awesome and I wouldn’t be here without yall thank you so much for everything!!! Love Jaquan Scott !!

My experience at DCH -TUSCALOOSA,Medical Tower was a pleasant one. All the people in the Imagining Department were so nice and friendly. They made me feel at ease & very comfortable during my time there. The lady (I can't recall her name) that did my ultrasound on my carotid artery was so assuring and even told me that my primary doctor would most likely have my results by Monday. My wait was minimal and once I got to the back my MRI on my brain was done in 20 minutes. I waited maybe 5 minutes & a lady came the door she was there to do my ultrasound , in there for about 20 minutes and she told me I was free to go & all my test were done. Would recommend the department to anyone I know. Great experience!!!! 💯%!!!

Was admitted hospital about my condition. On 5th floor, they put in small room(unable not to tell what room number is) , the nurses are nice and it hard for them to squeeze to plugs the IV machine and hard to reached the light with string. There is no rooms to walk pacting to exercise my leg, becasue there is not enough rooms. I understand there no other room for private room but there are some. I recommend that room needs renovation in the small room. And also it would've be best for me to safe with environment and cleanliness room. I want to say I am not happy with small room.
