This is one of the best dental practices I have been to. This office was a recommendation from a coworker and I’m glad I went. I live in Rome and I would make this drive every time. My son and I have only seen Dr. Aurora and he has been so good to us every time we have been there, it’s been nothing short of a great experience. Every assistant I’ve seen has been welcoming, friendly, and very reasssuring. It calms your nerves for sure. I have spoken to the receptionist, office manager etc and they have always been professional, attentive , accommodating and prompt in making appointments, handling insurance etc. 🩷

This place used to be great prior to COVID. Dr. Patel did a wonderful job on a root canal back in 2018. But things took a noticeable turn the last time I had a filling done about two years ago. It was summer, I have an allergic reaction to pollen, so my nose constantly runs even with Benadryl. It was like Dr. Patel was getting annoyed because I kept gagging because mucus was dripping into the back of my throat during the procedure. When it was finally done, he got back and stated everything was good and walked out. A few months later when it was getting close to my six-month cleaning appointment, I received a call from the main office stating they had to cancel my appointment due to the dental hygienist not being there that day. It was stated they would call back to make an appointment...t

My husband and I were previously established patients at this dental practice and had a positive experience initially, we were patients for 5 years. However the last 2-3 years it started going downhill. After a temporary lapse in my primary insurance, the office continued to see me using my secondary insurance for covered procedures, but did not cover cleanings. No problem. Once my primary insurance was reinstated, I attempted to schedule appointments for both myself and my husband. I was informed that while the practice accepts my insurance, they would not see us because the insurance had been renewed this year. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR TEETH. Like others said if i could rate this place a zero i would. I genuinely feel sorry for the staff because they are constantly looking overworked AND pissed off! Nobody is nice, there is NO customer service at all and all they want to do is a bunch of work on you and use up all of your insurance!! DONT TRUST THIS PLACE! Now all of a sudden they dont take my insurance when its listed on the website!!! This place is rude and they only care about money, they do not care about patients. Now im left with ER PAIN and SWELLING with no help! STAY AWAY
