Multiple times I have had to reschedule appointments due to them messing it up on their end. First time they put the wrong date on the computer on their end. (I have email confirmation they screwed it up) the second time I had a telehealth to go over results and I answered the phone call and no one was talking I said I can't hear you . I hung up they called again I said I can't hear you if you are talking. Then I tried calling the office but they were closed didn't open till 8 my appointment was supposed to be at 8. This place is unprofessional, and likes to blame there patients for there own negligence, when you call to reschedule your appointment, as I did, I got a call from a young lady named Hanna, very unprofessional young lady and has no business skills for that said, called me back and said that I had a no show, knowingly that that was not true, I did call and was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience , as to let them know of a meeting that I had that was very important but the only thing important was is only them, she did not want to here the truth but only to put blame on the other party, so for doing the correct thing this is the professionalism that this office has,, if this is how business is performed I surely do not want any office like this with that type of attitude, this is
